After having Brayden, I've been looking for ways to keep my wardrobe updated while the entire size and shape of my body changes, which is pretty much on a daily basis, as well as wearing pieces that have easy access to... ahem... nursing.
Have I mentioned that my boy likes to eat? Like all of the time. Which means that I can't take him anywhere without having to feed him. And feeding in public means that I have to try and find a way to hide my breasts while supplying life-giving milk to my baby. Not an easy task.
And the anxiety of having one of my breasts fly out in the open for all to see doesn't help either. That happened once. When I was ten. On a swimming field trip for school... and oh, I can't even bring myself to talk about it. It's just too painful.

One thing I can say is this, my breasts and belly and back haven't had an embarrassing moment while I'm wearing one of these.
It's like a shirt, but not really. It's like a tank, but different.
Get it?
It's simply and undershirt without straps and easily attaches to any top-opening nursing bra. Then it just folds down with the nursing bra while in use. Men, I know this is something you'd never want to talk about. But these are so comfortable and lovely. And the most important part, they are nice and long so any belly bulge stays hidden while you share this special moment with your baby, you know, squirting milk in his face.

They come in black, which is my color of choice, hides everything, including spilled milk. But they also offer brown, white and if you're feeling particularly happy, spring yellow.

I think the white one should be the main photo. These sound awesome! I'm a nursing momma and would love one!
ReplyDeleteI follow both on twitter.
ReplyDeleteI think the black tank would make the best cover. Simply because most nursing moms want to hide some of that left over baby weight
